SOLUTION: The boxy main body 21 of a cleaning device is connected to the charging line 1 of a cleaning liquid to be pressurized and fed, and a nozzle 30 is attached to the main body 21. The introduction passage 21a of the cleaning liquid is formed in the main body 21 so as to communicate with the feed passage 1a of the inside of the main body 21 and the charging line 1 of the cleaning liquid. The discharge passage 21b of the cleaning liquid is formed in the main body 21 so as to communicate with the internal passage 30a of the nozzle 30, and a valve 50 is provided at the discharge passage 21b of the main body 21. A plurality of sprinkling holes 32, etc., are bored at the nozzle 30 to radially sprinkle the cleaning liquid flowing into the internal passage 30a of the nozzle 30. The vessel 15 such as a PET bottle, can, bottle, barrel and carton is arranged on the main body 21 so as to cover the nozzle 30.
