MULTIVOID CONSTRUCTION PRODUCT AND PROCESS OF ITS MANUFACTURE

FIELD: construction industry, continuous forming of products from prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete. SUBSTANCE: multivoid construction product is fitted with symmetrical hinged forks made of horizontal bars positioned in longitudinal voids in product and above which through catching sockets are located on upper surface of product. Arrangement of symmetrical hinged forks is determined depending on geometric dimensions of product and longitudinal voids in it. Installation of horizontal bars forming symmetrical hinged forks is carried out in process of manufacture of products by extrusion on elongation beds. Templates with guiding ducts for movable horizontal bars contacting longitudinal butts of concrete block are employed to pierce multivoid concrete block. EFFECT: reduced labor input to installation of rigging, convenient gripping of multivoid construction product. 4 cl, 6 dwg
