FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should vertically dissect skin on patient's neck, longitudinally dissect anterior wall of stenosed section of larynx, trachea and innominate cartilage's arch to form a laryngostomy. One should introduce laryngotracheal prosthesis containing a dilatator made of semi-permeable membrane which should be filled with solutions of analgetics, hemostatics, antibacterial, antiseptic preparations and local biostimulants. Then it is necessary to carry out about 6-8 seances of He-Ne laser irradiation for 8-10 min, every being at power density of 30-100 mW/sq. cm by directing laser beam into dilatator's cavity with the help of filamentary light guide.
