Temperature range is divided into regions: , temperature gradient and its direction are additionally set and, depending upon combinations with temperature range and temperature gradient, one of three modes of controlling fluidized bed furnace operation is selected: T&isin;(800-850)°C and gradient temperature of any, T°&isin;(850-900)°C and gradient T<=0 - process is referred to region T-1, process is carried out with operating burners until transmission of process to T0 region; T&isin;(850-900)°C and gradient T > 0, T&isin;(900-1130)°C and gradient T of any, T&isin;(1130-1150)°C and gradient T<=0 - process is referred to To region and carried out in automatic mode including calculation of controlling effect of bulk material charge value by analytical polynomials; T&isin;(1130-1150)°C and gradient T>0, T&isin;(1150-1200)°C and gradient T any - process is referred to T+1 region. After 6-8 min duration of process in said state, automatic controlling of bulk material charging process is stopped. Information on current roasting parameters is indicated on operator's monitor.
