FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating chronic femoral dislocations at caput's high position against cotyloid cavity. One should mobilize femur's proximal end and descend it due to skeletal extension up to the level of cotyloid cavity which a fixing ring should be implanted into. Endoprosthesis should be installed through an interval sufficient for tight fixation of ring with regenerating bony tissue that enables to strengthen pelvic bone being a reliable bottom and support for endoprosthesis in question. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. |
