PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent film having a superb antistatic function together with functions such as electromagnetic wave shielding power, gas barrier properties and content recognizability, while maintaining the antistatic function. SOLUTION: The transparent packaging material having an antistatic function comprises at least, an antistatic layer, a metallic half vapor-deposited layer, a transparent resin film base material and a sealant layer laminated in that order as a solution of the subject issue. Under the described constitution, it is possible to obtain the superb antistatic function, electromagnetic wave shielding power and a high resistance to corrosion. In addition, the transparent film which exhibits a superb gas barrier performance to water vapor, oxygen or the like can be obtained by forming a transparent gas barrier thin film between the transparent resin film base material and the metallic half vapor- deposited layer.
