FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics, purulent surgery. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with predicting the risk in development of infectious complications in post-operational period. One should study patient's genome due to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method and at detecting expression of endogenous retroviral sequence 4-1 env one should predict a high risk in development of purulent complications in post-operational period. EFFECT: improved therapeutic results, higher reliability of prediction. |
