<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to be capable of reducing the dispersion of brightness of the light emitting device having an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode). CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device includes an OLED. At this time, the OLED includes a cathode, an organic compound layer for contacting the cathode, and an anode for contacting the organic compound layer. At the time, a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is electrically connected to the OLED, wherein the TFT has a channel length of 100μm, or higher. Preferably, the ratio between the channel length and width of the TFT is in the range of 0.1-0.01. Preferably, p-channel type TFT or n-channel type TFT is used as the TFT connected to the OLED.</p> |
