PURPOSE: A variable swirl device is provided to allow for perfect combustion and reduce noxious gas by completely atomizing the unatomized raw fuel and mixing the atomized fuel to the fuel-air mixture. CONSTITUTION: A variable swirl device comprises a flow channel(110) connected to an intake manifold(200), which supplies fuel-air mixture to a combustion chamber. The flow channel includes a sub port(10) for causing a swirling operation, and the sub port includes a control valve(11) having the opening/shutting degree controlled by the vehicle speed. The sub port has protrusions(12) formed within the sub port so as to induce a swirling operation. The control valve is connected to an accelerator pedal(20).
