PURPOSE: A spout for a pouch shape container with a check valve is provided to prevent the liquid content received in a vessel from leaking from the vessel when the vessel falls upside down, and to improve the convenience of drinking. CONSTITUTION: The spout(1) for a pouch shape container comprises an entrance unit(110) having an entrance unit body(100) to be coupled to the pouch container, a certain size operating portion(112) above the body and a circumferential coupling member, and a discharge guide unit(200) vertically movable about the operating portion of the entrance unit. The discharge guide unit is limited in the upward and downward movements thereof, and is installed with a check valve. The check valve is configured to be opened above a predetermined pressure, and be closed when the predetermined pressure is removed.
