PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collate and correct image data and letter information together for correct filing by making it possible to correctly handle images of the same patient about the same inspection even if the images are sent to a filing device at different times. SOLUTION: This device includes an information storage means for storing information on sets of image data and letter information; an information retrieving means for retrieving the information on the sets of image data and letter information stored in the information storage means; and a determining means for coordinating the set of input image data and letter information as the same set as those existing in the information storage means, if retrieval by the information retrieving means determines the input image data and letter information to be generated by the same inspection as those already existing in the information storage means. |
