PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing an optical information recording medium, in which the optical information recording medium is held/conveyed in each of treatment processes without occurrence of deformation or the like, and the optical information recording medium. SOLUTION: In an optical information recording medium production device 1, while bonding a disk substrate 3 to a holding body structure 2 forming a plane part in the portion of the disk substrate 3 corresponding to an information recording area on the optical information recording medium and having a groove 4 in the portion corresponding except for the information recording area in the state of putting the disk substrate 3 into the groove 4, the disk substrate 3 is conveyed together with the holding body structure 2 and is subjected to the optical information recording medium production processes of sputtering, spin coat and sticking or the like and production process treatment is executed. Therefore, by conveying the disk substrate 3 while fixing and integrating it with each of holding body structures 2, the thin disk substrate 3 can be extremely easily and stably handled.
