摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a small sized magnetron device not changing oscillating frequency even if an inner diameter of a positive pole tube body is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A third recess 20 is formed on a plate shaped vane 15. Since a passage of high frequency current of a resonance cavity composed of the plate shaped vane 15 and the positive pole tube body 6 adjacent each other is not shortened due to existence of the third recess 20 even if the inner diameter of the positive pole tube body 6 gets smaller than an inner diameter of a usual positive pole tube body, inductance as usual is secured. Consequently, a small sized magnetron device can be provided with keeping same oscillating frequency.
