PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily place a phone at a proper position of an ear after an operation key for an incoming call is depressed. SOLUTION: The incoming call notice apparatus of this invention in a communication apparatus for making communication via voice reproduced from a reproduction section 3 is characterized in to comprise: a communication section 2 that receives an incoming signal; a notice section 4 that outputs a signal to inform a user about the incoming call in an incoming call section; an operation key 6 that is operated to instruct start of a speech while the incoming call section receives the incoming call signal; and an adjustment sound output section that supplies an adjustment sound different from the voice reproduced from the reproduction section.
