<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically conduct remote monitoring in a real time in a building, a factory and a water treatment plant. SOLUTION: This remote monitoring system for conducting the remote monitoring for the building has a centralized monitoring system capable of transmitting and receiving a data to/from a monitoring system for the building or the like installed in the building, via a network. The centralized monitoring system has a message factorization means for receiving a message from the building-or-the-like monitoring system via the network periodically or when abnormality is generated in the building, and for factorizing and extracting necessary alarm information from the received massage, a database means for storing the extracted alarm information extracted in the message factorization means into an alarm database stored with alarm information, and an alarm means for displaying and analyzing the alarm information stored in the alarm database.</p> |
