SIGNATURE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, PROGRAM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve fair processing without making the situations of all the respective persons concerned disadvantageous when delivering/receiving a digital signature. SOLUTION: After presenting an optional message (m) to a depositary apparatus 20, a consignor apparatus 10 does not transmit signatures (r and s) to the message (m) itself but transmits n-pieces of distribution information s1 ensuring the delivery and reception of the signatures in time series and individually to the depositary apparatus 20, which restores the signatures (r and s) based on the n-pieces of distribution information s1 gathered wholely to obtain the guarantee of the message (m). Namely the digital signatures (r and s) are delivered and received finally not by delivering and receiving the whole signatures simultaneously but by delivering and receiving the n-pieces of distribution information stepwise.
