PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve an increase in tape tension which accompanies a difference between winding amount and feeding amount per pitch during winding operation, and to realize stable winding. SOLUTION: Fixed fulcrum-side links 52 and 52' input fulcrum-side links 54 and 54' comprising a winding-side interlocking mechanism 46 are respectively connected with intermediate connection pins 55 and 55', by means of slots 59 and 59' provided at the input fulcrum-side links 54 and 54'. Winding springs 61 and 61' with reverse directionality are fitted to both fixed fulcrum-side links 52 and 52' to be urged in the reverse direction. When the tension of a top tape 5 exceeds a spring force of the respective winding springs 61 and 61', the winding-side interlocking link mechanism 46 is idly operated within the slots 59 and 59', and the winding operation is temporarily interrupted. |
