PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document keeping system by which authenticated document data can be delivered so as to avoid being used illegally and an original can be distinguished from copies by confidentially managing original data of a document at low costs without using special hardware. SOLUTION: A document management station keeps document data of a management form which is obtained by coding document data with a prescribed first key, performs prescribed conversion from the document data of the management form in response to a request by a person desiring acquisition of the copy of the document data to create a document of a copy form, and delivers the document of the copy form to the desiring person. |
