PURPOSE: Provided is a cup with a flash included which adheres the flash to the bottom of the cup and flickers the flash for constant time when the cup hits against other cups or like so that it gives exciting effect at a party or a meeting. CONSTITUTION: The cup with the flash included comprises the parts of: a microphone(1-1) which receives hitting sound of the cup; a signal comparison part(1-2) which receives the signal from the microphone and checks the volume of sound; a signal tuning part(1-3) which checks whether the sound is the hitting sound of the cup if the volume of the sound is larger than constant volume; a timer switch(1-4) which works for constant time if the sound is the hitting sound of the cup; and the flash(1-5) which is flickered by power permitted from the timer switch.
