PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lecture-related processing system, an educational facility server, a lecture-related processing method and a lecture-related processing program, in which confirmation of attendance in a lecture, determination of seats, distribution of lecture memo to participants, a request and collection for reports, etc., in an educational facility such as a school are computerized. SOLUTION: This lecture-related processing system is provided with a card reader 1 for reading student information of a student certification card and for transmitting it to a terminal 2 for attendance confirmation, the terminal 2 for attendance confirmation for transmitting the student information and classroom number information preset in the present terminal to the educational facility server 3 in the case of receiving the student information and the educational facility server 3 having a means for checking whether or not the student information is registered as a student, whether or not a lecture is the one which the student preliminarily performs participation registration, whether or not the classroom is mistaken by retrieving internal data base based on the received student information and the classroom information, a means for transmitting the respective error messages to the terminal 2 for attendance confirmation when problems are found as a checking result, a means for registering attendance of the student when no problem is found, a means for determining the seat of the student, for updating and registering it on a seat layout of the classroom and a means for transmitting updated seat layout information to the terminal 2 for attendance confirmation and a terminal 16 for a lecturer. |
