PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus which enable a POS user, a mediator of advertisement, and an advertisement agent to efficiently carry out a series of operations for advertisement merchandising, reduce the running cost for receipt forms in POS operation, and advertise the companies by handing an advertisement publication receipt over a customer. SOLUTION: Data can be sent and received by connecting a POS user terminal 2, a mediator terminal 3, a settlement terminal 4, and 1st to (n)th advertisement agent terminals 5-1 to 5-n through the Internet 1. The settlement terminal 4 has a function of transfer among a POS user account 41, an advertisement agent account 42, and a mediator account 43. |
