PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialogical distribution system and method capable of obtaining high advertisement effect by concretely systemizing pseudo-word-of- mouth advertisement, and performing the distribution agreed with user's demand in real time. SOLUTION: The conversation information by natural language is designed on the theme on the basis of a specific condition, and the attribute of the theme is transmitted as the recommendation demand in a case when the permitted representation to the theme is emerged by analyzing the natural language in the response information. Here, in refusal representation, the new conversation information is designed on the different theme. The both causes are provided with a dialogical means for updating the specific condition of the theme on the basis of the conversation history, and a recommending means for designing the recommendation information fitted to the attribute of the theme by introducing the recommendation demand from the dialogical means, and transmitting the same to the dialogical means as a design element of the continuous conversation information. |
