PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage system, capable of reducing the time required for reading/writing to a plurality of semiconductor storage elements and heightening the efficiency of such reading/writing. SOLUTION: This semiconductor storage system includes a semiconductor storage element in which high-speed reading/writing operation for data is performed by an interface through a bus connected to an address input and data input/output, a semiconductor storage element in which a command is sent from the data input/output to perform data read/write operation, and a controller for controlling the reading/writing operation of each semiconductor storage element according to a command from a CPU. The same data is written in a plurality of semiconductor storage elements by one writing operation of the CPU to the controller. |
