PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone holder, in which a portable telephone is held and tightly fixed on an ear when hanging that portable telephone on the ear, voices can be surely heard, a wide space is not required, the display part of the portable telephone is not disturbed, either, and further, the portable telephone can be completely folded without hitting any key part when the portable telephone is folded. SOLUTION: When hanging a portable telephone 6 on the ear, a hook part 4 of a portable telephone holder 1 mounted on the portable telephone 6 is hung on the ear. Therefore, both hands become free even during speaking and a receiving speaker part 9 of the portable telephone 6 just comes to the earhole so that voices can be sharply heard. Further, since a gap between the face of a display part 7 and the face of a key part 8 is made thinner in the thickness of a main body 2 of holder and a rubber member 3 when the portable telephone 6 is folded, while preventing the malfunction of the key part 8 and mounting the portable telephone holder 1, the portable telephone 6 can be folded.
