PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-controlled oscillator in which the number of laminated insulating layers of a laminated substrate can be decreased and a C/N characteristic can be maintained. SOLUTION: For an improved C/N characteristic, the voltage-controlled oscillator has a 2nd strip line inserted in parallel to the emitter resistance of a transistor for oscillation. A 1st strip line of a resonance means of a resonance circuit part is arranged in the laminated substrate and the 2nd strip line is arranged on the reverse surface of the laminated substrate 1.
