PURPOSE: A liquid spout with a check valve is provided to prevent the liquid content received in a vessel from leaking from the vessel when the vessel falls upside down. CONSTITUTION: The liquid spout(1) comprises an entrance unit having an entrance unit body(100), a certain size operating portion(111) above the body and a circumferential coupling member(112), and a discharge guide unit(200) vertically movable about the operating portion of the entrance unit. The discharge guide unit is limited in the vertical movements thereof, and is installed with a check valve. The check valve is configured to be opened above a predetermined pressure, and be closed when the predetermined pressure is removed. In addition, the spout is provided with an auxiliary discharge guide unit(500) under the operating portion of the entrance unit.
