PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein when a light emitting element like an LD (laser diode) is driven by using a differential type circuit in the conventional optical transmitter, an FET (or transistor) or an output stage is affected by a reflected wave generated in the vicinity of the light-emitting element, and a drive current waveform is deteriorated, so that an optical output waveform deteriorates. SOLUTION: The optical transmitter is constituted such that a reflection- absorbing circuit for absorbing the reflected wave generated in the vicinity of the light-emitting element is added to a part between the light-emitting element and the FET (transistor) drain (collector), which supplies a signal to the light-emitting element. |
