PURPOSE: Provided are methods for preparing functional rice coated with iron and calcium, thereby mass-producing rice coated with iron and calcium in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing functional rice coated with iron and calcium comprises the steps of polishing rice; and coating the polished rice with iron and calcium components with heat drying or cold drying it.
