OPTICAL ARRAY BLOCK INTEGRATED WITH OPTICAL DEVICES

PURPOSE: An optical array block integrated with optical devices is provided to simplify a fabrication process by integrating and miniaturizing detection modules detecting the intensity of optical signals. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of V-shaped grooves are formed on an upper surface of a block substrate(100). A plurality of optical fibers(101) are installed on the V-shaped grooves of the block substrate(100). A block cap(200) is installed on an upper portion of the optical fibers(101). A groove is formed on the block substrate(100) corresponding to a region in which the block cap(200) is removed. A medium panel(110) is covered on the block substrate(100) between adhesive prevention grooves(105). An optical device substrate(120) is located on a center portion of the medium panel(110). An electric wire(118) and a bonding pad(117) are formed on an upper face of the medium panel(110).
