<p>A system (101a) for electronic creating, filing and approving applications f or insurance coverage comprises an application processing system (102), a risk information system (104), at least one insurer system (106) and a plurality of agent terminals (110) coupled by a network such as the Internet (108). The application processing system (102) advantageously presents a user interface via an agent terminal to allow a producer to input information. The application processing system (102) creates a completed insurance applicatio n from the input information along with additional information gathered form t he risk information system. The application processing system (102) generates o ne or more applications and automatically submits them to respective insurer systems.</p> |
