PURPOSE: A circuit for preventing malfunction on a control system is provided to make no external signal transferred to a peripheral device while a peripheral circuit is performing an operation. CONSTITUTION: A key input part(10) outputs a key input signal by receiving the external signal for controlling the peripheral device(60). A microprocessor(20) outputs a predetermined signal by checking a state of the peripheral device when the key input signal is inputted. A latch(30) synchronizes with a clock signal by inputting the signal output from the microprocessor, and outputs the synchronized signal. A program logic(40) decides to transfer the key input signal to the peripheral device depending on the output of the latch by receiving the output of the latch and the key input part.
