The arrangement has nasal air flow and narino-choanal pressure difference measurement sections. The nasal air flow is made uniform by diffusers (4,5) remote from and close to the patient, whereby the close diffuser in the main flow holds back air moisture and impurities in exhalation air and substantially removes pathogen germs from the breath. The uniform air flow is measured by a mass flow sensor and represented with an electrical signal.
