The present invention relates to an improved refiner or laminator of the ones used in the panification and food branch; it has a double transmission mechanism with the incorporation of three different speeds, optimizing its operation because apart from laminate and refine it can stir light dough. The object of this invention is to provide a different type of refiner or laminator to the ones in the market, due to the novel double mechanism from the transmission case which in turn provide different speeds; being more efficient, functional and economical for it can refine, laminate and stir light dough. The double mechanism functions by means of pulleys sprockets, bands, chains, shafts which make it a simple mechanism easy to repair in comparison with other machines as shown in figure 1.
