Therapy system has a therapist computer for creation or care of therapy programs and at least one patient computer that is least periodically connected to a patient therapy diagnosis sensor and at periodically connected to a network to connect it the therapist computer. A communications module is provided that controls data flows between the therapist (42-44) and patient (45-47, 59-63) computers.
