<p>A moving picture coding apparatus for coding moving picture data consisting of a plurality of part image data (OBJ1, OBJ2). The apparatus includes part image coding units (1-1, 1-2) for coding the part image data (OBJ1, OBJ2) and generating part image coded data and a key frame controller (2) for controlling whether to code the part image data of a predetermined time as a key frame by the part image coding units (1-1, 1-2). The key frame controller (2) controls so as to code as a key frame all the part image data constituting moving picture data of a predetermined reproduction time.</p> |
