<p>The invention relates to a dosage form which releases at least two different active agents in a controlled manner. Particular configurations of the invention include a dosage form that provides therapeutically effective levels of a first active agent and a second active agent in a mammal for an extended period of time following oral administration. According to the invention, an osmotic device is provided which comprises a double-layer core. The aforementioned osmotic device provides dual controlled release of both drugs from the core. The core layers are stacked in an essentially concentric and eccentric manner.</p> |
