<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve 1 which dispenses with the alignment of a valve plate 4, and can suppress a variation of a leakage flow rate at valve full closing.SOLUTION: Positioning means for regulating the positional displacement of a valve plate 4 to a valve shaft 2 has a plate recess 7 recessed on the surface of the valve plate 4, a positioning hole 8 formed at the valve shaft 2, and a positioning pin 9 fit to the plate recess 7 and the positioning hole 8. Both the plate recess 7 and the positioning hole 8 are formed into squares in cross sections, and have the same magnitudes, that is, have the same dimensions in one side length of the square. The positioning pin 9 has a square in cross section similar to the plate recess 7 and the positioning hole 8, is fit to the plate recess 7 so as to be non-rotatable, and fit to the position hole 8 so as to be also non-rotatable. By this constitution, the positional displacement of the valve plate 4 to the valve shaft 2 can be regulated.</p> |
