PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton feeding device for feeding a carton stably for inserting into a mandrel by providing a carton push-up-to-insert means for inserting the carton into the mandrel outside a moving radius of a holding claw of the carton feeding device. SOLUTION: The carton feeding device comprises a carton take-out and forming means 20 for arcuately moving and forming a carton from a flat shape into a parallelopiped while holding the carton at diagonal corners by one of holding claws 5 attached to a support 15 integral with a non-rotating ring arm 9 provided at an external moving end of a parallel link moving mechanism L and the other holding claw 6 attached to an arm 14 which arcuately moves in conjunction with the mechanism L with a radius smaller than that of the mechanism L, can a carton push-up-to-insert means 30 pivoted via a spindle 19 to the outside of an arcuate movement radius of the holding claw 5 so that it can horizontally rotate and raised/lowered and including a push-up member 17 which horizontally rotates at a lower stop point to enter below the carton, horizontally rotates at an upper stop point to retreat, and thereafter lowers to restore.
