<p>Intermediate between the left-hand and right-hand portions of the invented twin automatic device, there is disposed a joint magazine /1/. Each portion of the twin automatic device consists of height and angularly adjustable chute /4/. A separator /6/ with two segments for separating and transportation of a single ball onto a rotating disk /9/ and a roller /10/ being provided with a mechanism for starting a control cycle, is arranged close to the inlet /5/. A holder /15/ is provided with mechanisms for angular as well as sliding adjustment of position of an optical scanner /14/. Further, the device is provided with a support lever /16/ and a sorter /17/ for sorting and transportation of balls into an outlet /18/ having dovetailed locating grooves and a sliding cover for precise guiding of balls above end pick-ups. Either independent chutes or a single joint chute /22/ are alternatively connected to both the outlets /18/. Either a spiral chute or a vertical conveyor /25/ are alternatively connectable to both types of chutes serving for elimination of free fall of the balls and automatic maintenance of minimum height for storing the balls into containers.</p> |
