PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for waterproof materials which excels in secondary adhesion and, simultaneously, has improved the surface drying properties. SOLUTION: The resin composition for waterproofing materials comprises (A) an unsaturated polyester, (B) an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, (C) a waxy hydrocarbon having a melting point of 40 deg.C-80 deg.C, and (D) a bisphenol type epoxy modified fatty acid ester.
