<p>During stonewashing of denim fabric or garments, redeposition of blue color often occurs back onto the surface of the denim or other parts like pocket parts. The invention relates to the inhibition of backstaining or redeposition during the stonewashing process by applying a lipolytic enzyme, preferably cutinase, thereby avoiding that the blue colour redeposites on the fabric or garment.</p> |
