PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting and rolling composite tap capable of improving precision of a finished surface as well as avoiding breakage of the tap by effectively arranging a cutting blade and a rolling blade. SOLUTION: The cutting blade 6 and the rolling blade 7 are alternately arranged (formed) with a groove 5 doubly used for discharge of chips and supply of a cutting oil (cooling lubricant) between them in the circumferential direction on an outer periphery of a tap screw part 2.
