PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulator for a milk bottle that effectively preserves a delivered milk bottle at a cold temperature and prevents damage to the milk bottle by an impact or the like. SOLUTION: The milk bottle cold insulator 1 comprises a cold insulator body 2 internally filled with a cold insulation substance, a protecting member 3 stuck on the side of the cold insulator body 2, and a covering part 4 for covering the proximity of a mouth portion of a milk bottle A. The protecting member 3 is formed from a cushioning member for absorbing an impact. A milk deliverer delivers the milk as capping the milk bottle A with the milk bottle cold insulator 1 so that the covering part 4 covers the proximity of the mouth portion of the milk bottle A. The delivered milk bottle A is cold-insulated direct by the cold insulator body 2 in contact with the mouth portion of the milk bottle A and thus effectively preserved at cold temperature. Even if an impact on a milk box to cause the milk bottle A to impact on an inner wall of a storage space and an another milk bottle, the protecting member 3 prevents damage to the milk bottle A.
