摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of luminance or the like of an image due to a diffraction phenomenon generated by that a pixel size is made small and the like, in an optoelectronic device such as a liquid crystal device. SOLUTION: In the optoelectronic device, a liquid crystal layer (50) is interposed between a TFT array substrate (10) and a counter substrate (20). A plurality of pixel electrodes (9a) and scanning lines (3a) and data lines (6a) connected thereto via a TFT are provided on the TFT array substrate of these substrates and a lens (401) is provided on the surface opposed to the liquid crystal layer of the TFT array substrate.
