PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter capable of smoothly opening and shutting the shutter even if a curvature of each of guide rails 4 is varied in parallel with the slidable direction of a shutter opening and shutting plate 10 in a shutter comprised of the shutter opening and shutting plate 10 connecting a plurality of tie plate-like plates 1 to each other with a hinge member 2 in a bendable manner and a pair of guide rails 4 forming a guide gutter 40 for holding both end edge sections of the shutter opening and shutting plate 10 in a slidable manner. SOLUTION: The hinge member 2 connects the adjoining plates 1 to each other so that it can be only bent in the direction having the curvature growing larger than part of the minimum curvature of the guide gutter 40.
