PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label affixing device which can simplify the device and reduce cost. SOLUTION: A roller 11 is provided on one side and a label holding plate 12 is provided on the other side of an oscillating body 10. When a moving object W is abutted on the oscillating body 10, the oscillating body 10 is tilted and the label holding plate 12 presses a label 50 held by a label holding device 2 against the object W, and the label 50 is affixed to the object W as it is moved. The roller 11 also presses the label 50 against the object W to reliably affix the label 50.
