<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater wherein demerits of conventional water heaters are improved while merits of the end-stop and main-stop types are retained, the structure is simple, the number of required part item is small, inconveniences encountered when using the conventional pressure-reducing valve are eliminated, and wherein flow rate and temperature are adjusted by a single lever. SOLUTION: A hot water supply valve 3 is installed on the side of a hot water channel B of a hot water storage tank 1. A water supply valve 2 is installed on a water channel A running from the water supply side to the tank 1. A mixed water supply port 2A is provided on the channel A for supplying water from the valve 2 to the tank 1. A mixed water bypass C is provided running from the port 2A to the valve 3. The valve 3, the valve 2, and the port 2A are closed and opened by a mixed water valve P. A pressure relief valve 5 for adjusting pressure in the tank 1 is installed on the channel A running from the port 2A to the tank 1. The valve P is to be a single-lever type.</p> |
