PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a re-sealing function which is inexpensive, is free from occurrence of pin hole, and can be simply opened/closed even if the strength of fingertips is weak. SOLUTION: A re-seal tape 6 comprising sealant films 7 and 8 and an easy-to- peel restickable layer 9 formed therebetween is inserted into an opening of a bag 1 and sealed with an internal surface of the bag 1. Thus when a mouth of the bag 1 is opened when unsealing, the sealant film 7 is broken at an unsealed portion 12, and ply separation from the film 7 occurs at the restickable layer 9, causing the bag 1 to be unsealed. By pressing the re-seal tape 6 for re-sealing, the sealant film 7 comes into tight contact with the layer 9 to have the bag 1 re-sealed.
