<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed a waste rubber recycling process in which rubber granules of commercial or passenger car tyres, rubber waste from manufacture of shoe soles or from manufacture of floor-coverings and other rubber articles or morgue stock flashes are processed on calenders or on a special device provided with a conical revolving disk creating a successively narrowing slit for passage of processed rubber under addition of metal sulfides and/or organic thiols and/or organic disulfides and/or organic polysulfides, optionally further in the presence of lactams and/or lactones and/or organic acid anhydrides and/or organic fatty acids and/or salts thereof and/or thioacid salts and/or natural and/or mineral oils and/or raw colophony and/or zinc oxide, and/or dichlorodisulfane and/or {alpha}-olefins and/or organic peroxides and/or linear or branched polymers, and the so formed homogeneous vulcanizing mixture is subsequently subjected to vulcanization or it is mixed, prior vulcanization, with curing agents and/or vulcanizing mixture and/or with natural rubber and/or with synthetical rubber and/or with linear and/or branched polymers, and so formed vulcanizing mixture is then subjected to vulcanization.</p> |
