PURPOSE: A wear-resistant pipe with excellent durability is provided to enable easy replacement because a paper tube and an outer sheath are fastened using bolts and nuts. CONSTITUTION: A wear-resistant pipe with excellent durability comprises a wear-resistant material(110), mortar(120) which is spread on the exterior of the wear-resistant material, a paper tube(130) which is fixed to the outer side of the mortar, a pair of outer sheaths(140) which is located a specified length(H) shorter than the wear-resistant material and fitted to the paper tube, a plurality of bolts(150) which pass through the outer sheaths inside the paper tube, nuts(151) coupled with the bolts outside the outer sheaths, and a flange(160) which is formed in a hollow shape to be fitted to one or both ends of the outer sheaths. A plurality of through-holes(161) are formed in the radial direction on the exterior of the flange. One end of the flange and one end of the wear-resistant material are aligned in the vertical direction, and then a welded portion(141) is formed around outer and inner sides where the outer sheath and the flange are joined together. Basalt is used as the wear-resistant material.
